Unfortunately the balls on the hoops look and feel extremely cheap, they feel like cheap plastic beads. I'm really upset with this purchase as the beads are definitely not the same gold material that the hoops are made of. This was meant to be a very special gift to my mum for her birthday and now I have to find something else, elsewhere. I usually leave good reviews to your company and usually enjoy your products, but the components to this piece are clearly very cheap. I would definitely not recommend these earings if you were interested in them as the photos do not replicate what you get. I could have purchased nicer gold balls from the Reject Shop.

Love it now
I ordered online as my wife loved the look. When it came today one of the earring's wouldn't close/stay closed & one of the balls looked like it was ruff & cracked very poor quality was disappointed. My wife took it straight into the store and they replaced it and were very helpful. Now she loves the earrings. But was disappointed that she had to go in for replacement on a new product you need to have better qulity control.
