Everlight Earrings with Diamonds in Sterling Silver

Recieved these for christmas first time worn the clasp must have come loose and lost one. These were a gift from my husband and they were beautiful but so disappointed and feel at the price point they should.be more secure.

My husband bought me the pendant and earrings for our wedding 18 months ago. I have looked after them carefully as they were special to me. I was most upset to lose one especially as my husband had put them in and listened for the cluck to let us know they were closed properly. The clasp must have come undone.

I received these earrings for Christmas and loved them, but I am now having to return them for the second time due to the clasps becoming loose and the earrings falling out. They were not handled roughly in amy way at any time, yet within five days of receiving an exhange for a brand new pair, one of the clasps has become so loose that the earring falls out. I am so disappointed with the design and quality of these earrings that I am reluctant to purchase anything else from Michael Hill.
