Disappointing quality
When I received the earrings I was happy with them. However, I did have issues with the clasp of one them,as it didn’t feel it was secure. Unfortunately I have lost that earring, not happy.

Faulty wire
Though I love the earrings, on one of the earrings the wire clasp does not move up or down and is permanently stiff. I struggle to get it on my ear and make sure it clasps. Disappointing!
