I loved this design so much so my partner splashed out and brought me the collection for my birthday in January. One week later we got it replaced as the clasp was faulty and bangle kept falling off. A month in we were back again with the same issue.

Clasp and quality sucked
My wonderful partner got me the set for xmas. I was however devastated when i went to put my bracelet on 2 days later and was unable to undo the clasp and eventually I was heart broken when the bracelet buckled. My partner and I took it back to the store and they replaced it. However it felt it did not fit the same, as if i was given a smaller one and again had issues undoing it. Again i got it undone and tried the other wrist and had the same issue. Very poor quality from such an amazing store.

Knots bracelet. Clasp undoing and now snapped right on the knot.
I.loved this, my partner brought this for my birthday in August. The clasp came undone abit but then just today while vacuuming the bracelet snapped right when the knot is. I'm not sure if my partner took out care plan but surely after not even half a dozen times wearing (because I'm a nurse) Michaell Hill should be accountable, especially with the price of this. I'm so guttered as this was a precious gift.
