The Bay Returns
You may return new and unworn items sold and fulfilled online by Michael Hill from The Bay Marketplace within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding earrings for hygiene purposes. Marketplace purchases cannot be returned directly through Michael Hill, at The Bay stores or The Bay Call Centres. All returns must be submitted through The Bay portal.
To contact Michael Hill to process your Marketplace return, start by logging into your online The Bay Account, OR if you checked out as a guest, use your order number and postal code to start your return on The Bay website.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates or watch instruction booklets) earrings cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package. All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. We require that returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard against loss.
All returns are subject to inspection by Michael Hill Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
Once received and processed, the refund is made in the same way that you initially paid for your order excluding any delivery charges within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. Michael Hill will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.
