Michael Hill offers free standard shipping within Canada for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat fee of $10.00, or express shipping (where available) is available for a flat fee of $13.50.

Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Orders requiring ring sizing take up to three (3) additional business days to complete.

Whilst we endeavor to fulfil all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable , we will attempt to locate it at another store and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order.

We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 1 - 2 business days before being approved for shipment.

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery depending on the carrier.

If you're not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

From this website you can make purchases for delivery to Canadian addresses. We require correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Box Numbers.

We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team via live chat or call 1855 354 4455.

Most of our rings will initially come in a standard size. Every design then has set guidelines about whether it can be resized and by how many sizes. Online we list the sizes the ring can be resized to, then if needed we arrange complimentary resizing by our manufacturing team before we ship. If your ring is being resized it can take between four (4) to ten (10) business days for your order to be prepped for shipping. Men's Tungsten and Titanium rings cannot be resized. Please check each product page for the size range available to purchase online. If you are purchasing in store the size range and timescales will vary. In-store we can resize ring the sizing guidelines however additional charges will apply.
