How to arrange Curbside Pick-Up:
Using Reserve In-Store
When shopping online, select the Reserve In-Store option and your item/s will be held for you.
If your selected store is currently operating on a contactless basis only, a team member will be in touch with instructions.
You’ll be sent a remote payment link for your item/s.
We’ll arrange an appointment time for you to collect your item/s and let you know where you should park.
Please arrive at the arranged time and call on arrival. Our staff will meet you to deliver your purchase to your car in a safe, contact-free manner.
Using Virtual Appointments
Book your free Virtual Appointment as usual via our website.
If you would like to make a purchase, your consultant will arrange remote payment during your appointment.
Your purchase will be shipped to your address or can be sent direct to a that special someone.
If your local store is impacted by lockdown, you have an additional option to collect your item/s via contactless Curbside Pick-up. Please speak to your consultant about arranging.
Contacting your store directly
You can call your nearest store directly to arrange a purchase.
Our team members will arrange remote payment and then organise a time for you to collect your item/s.
When you arrive, our staff will meet you to deliver your purchase to your car in a safe, contact-free manner.
Your purchase can also be shipped to you if preferred.

Deep cleaning our stores before opening and after closing each day
Checking on team members’ health prior to the start of their shifts
Temperature checks and asking some health questions upon entry
Providing hand sanitizer on arrival
Social distancing is implemented at all times
Providing face masks in areas where mask use is mandatory (and elsewhere if you would like one)
Providing hand sanitizer and the option of gloves before inspecting/ trying on jewellery
Cleaning individual sales stations and jewellery after every interaction.
