Our online range of Made For You items are crafted specially for you. This allows you to choose from a wider selection of gold colours and ring sizes for available items; for a piece of jewellery that is perfect for you or your loved one.

How does it work?

Please note that Made for You products cannot be cancelled once ordered, or returned for change of mind after delivery. The full purchase price must be paid at time of order and is non-refundable. This does not limit your statutory guarantees.

What is a made to order product?

Our online range of items that are made to order are crafted specially for you. This service allows you to choose your preferred gold colour from yellow, white, or rose gold, as well your perfect ring size for available items.

If a product is made to order,there will be a call-out on the product page.

What can I customise in a product that’s made to order?

We currently offer a limited range of items online which can be made to order. For these items, you can customise your gold colour (for instance, white gold, yellow gold, or rose gold); and have rings crafted in a wider range of sizes.

If you’d like to ask about customising any other elements of an item, please visit our teams in-store.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once you place your order, the request is sent straight to our artisans and therefore cannot be changed once your order is confirmed. Please take care when selecting your gold colour and ring size.

Can I cancel my order if it hasn’t been shipped yet?

Once you place your order, the request is sent straight to our artisans and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is confirmed, even if your item has not been shipped yet. Please take care when selecting your gold colour and ring size.

How long will it take to receive my item?

Due to the custom nature of items that are made to order, they will take longer to dispatch than our regular estimated days to ship. We will always ship to you within a reasonable time to the address you nominated, and let you know when your order is dispatched.

Can I return an item that’s been made to order?

Due to the custom nature of these items, you cannot return your made to order product under our Change of Mind policy. This does not limit your rights under the statutory guarantees.

Can I collect my item from a store?

If you purchase an item that’s made to order online, it cannot be picked up in-store. Please visit our in-store teams if you would prefer to place your order via a store.

Can I reserve a made to order product in-store before purchasing?

As these items are crafted specially for you, made to order products cannot be reserved in-store before purchasing.

How can I add a Professional Care Plan (PCP)?

Once you receive your item, you can reach out to our Customer Service team, or alternatively visit our teams in-store to purchase a Professional Care Plan.
